Connecting English 110 Outside

How to connect English 110 C to the outside world? There are many different ways I and my classmates can go with this. First, writing an English essay is almost the same as writing a professional review on your favorite music or a journalist analyzing why global warming is affecting the drastic weather changes we have on a daily basis. Personally, in 4 short years, I could be writing emails or professional summaries of what specific stock my hired company should invest their money into. Or we could take English 110 C to a whole other realm and begin talking about how technology is either destroying or benefiting the world, depending on your opinion. Or the predicted negatives that we as a generation, particularly “20-something’s” are affecting the overall development of the human race. English 110 C is connected to our world more than we realize, as the topics of “20-something’s”, modern technology, and even stupid meme’s are the popular talk on twitter and Wall Street. Continuing language is definitely going to be a very important role in the future generations, given that people are already beginning to struggle with social experiences. Writing, reading, and speaking is the essentials not only learned in English 110 C, but the necessities for success in the future.
